They are confident working with large volumes of transactional data and have developed strong attention to detail through regular reconciliation and audit-style checking of financial information.
Technically, they are comfortable using SAP and advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas, to support reconciliation and reporting tasks.
Exposure includes:
- Bank reconciliations across multiple accounts (high-volume environments)
- Invoice processing and accounts payable / vendor support
- Aged voucher and transactional reconciliation
- Subcontractor/vendor data maintenance and validation
- Month-end support and financial data preparation
- Query resolution and discrepancy investigation
- Process improvement and workflow support within finance teams
