They have extensive hands-on experience managing end-to-end transactional finance processes, and are highly proficient in using both Sage and Xero, with experience managing a system migration project.

They bring strong organisational and communication skills, developed through long-term experience managing office operations, customer relationships, supplier coordination, and scheduling within fast-paced environments.

Exposure includes:

  • Full ownership of sales and purchase ledger processes
  • Invoice processing, credit control, and payment runs
  • Bank reconciliations and cash allocation
  • VAT and CIS submissions to HMRC
  • Management accounts support and financial reporting
  • System implementation and process improvement (CRM migration experience)
  • Project cost tracking and budget vs actual analysis
  • Supplier, contractor, and customer relationship management
  • Office and operational management within SME environments

Software knowledge: Sage, Xero, Microsoft Office Suite
