This individual is an experienced HR professional with strong generalist capability across HR advisory, employee relations, HR operations, onboarding, recruitment, and workforce administration. They have developed their career within large, complex organisations, supporting high-volume HR environments while building trusted relationships with managers at all levels.

Known for their calm, analytical approach and ability to simplify complex people issues, they consistently deliver accurate, policy-led advice alongside excellent operational support, alongside a collaborative and solutions-focused working style, combining strong attention to detail with the confidence to coach managers and improve HR processes.

Currently studying towards CIPD Level 5, they are committed to continuous professional development and are seeking a long-term HR advisory role where they can continue to develop while adding value across the full employee lifecycle.

Exposure includes:

  • HR advisory & employee relations — Providing first-line HR advice to managers on performance, conduct, capability, probation, absence, investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policy
  • Case management & policy guidance — Managing high-volume employee relations caseloads, interpreting HR policies, recommending proportionate solutions, supporting investigations and improving case progression through effective documentation and coaching
  • HR administration & lifecycle coordination — Supporting the complete employee lifecycle including contracts, contractual changes, onboarding, offboarding, HR correspondence, employment checks and HR inbox management within shared service environments
  • Recruitment & onboarding — Coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes including advert creation, interview scheduling, Right to Work checks, DBS processing, overseas vetting, contract production and onboarding for high-volume recruitment campaigns
  • HR systems & data management — Maintaining employee records across SAP, ServiceNow, Kallidus and HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy, reporting integrity and GDPR compliance while supporting workforce analytics
  • Payroll & compliance administration — Processing payroll-related changes including merit awards, competency payments, timesheets and contractual amendments while maintaining high levels of accuracy and reducing payroll discrepancies
  • Safeguarding & data protection — Supporting safeguarding activity, managing sensitive employee information, coordinating Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), redacting confidential documentation and ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Stakeholder coaching & manager support — Building strong relationships with managers and senior leaders by providing practical HR guidance, coaching managers through employee issues and improving confidence in people management
  • HR reporting & process improvement — Producing workforce reports, Power BI dashboards and HR analytics while identifying process improvements that reduced turnaround times, improved SLA performance and enhanced operational efficiency

 

Software knowledge: Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, SAP, ServiceNow, Kallidus, Power BI, HRMS/HRIS systems

Qualifications: CIPD Level 5 Certificate in Human Resources Practice (Due to be completed in Sept 2026), CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Human Resources Practice, A Levels & GCSEs
