HR Coordinator – About The Role

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring employees receive a professional and efficient service throughout their employment journey.

This is a varied position offering exposure to all aspects of HR while working closely with managers and employees across the business. Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising roles, arranging interviews and supporting hiring managers.
  • Manage onboarding processes, preparing contracts, offer letters and induction materials.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • Provide first-line support for HR-related queries.
  • Support payroll administration and employee benefits processes.
  • Assist with absence management, probation reviews and employee relations administration.
  • Coordinate learning and development activities and maintain training records.
  • Produce HR reports and support people-focused projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure HR processes remain compliant with company policies and employment legislation.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Previous experience within an HR Administrator, HR Assistant or HR Coordinator role.
  • A good understanding of HR processes and best practice.
  • Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified or studying towards a qualification.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience using HR systems and managing confidential information.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
