This individual is a Chartered Accountant (SA) with Big 4 training and more than 13 years’ experience across multinational audit and industry finance environments in both the UK and South Africa. They currently operate at Group Financial Controller level within a private equity-backed FMCG and personal care business with revenues of approximately $800m, following a significant carve-out from a global listed organisation and subsequent merger activity.

They have demonstrated expertise across group financial control, technical accounting, audit management, financial governance, ERP transformation, and multi-entity consolidations within fast-paced international businesses. Their experience includes leading global audit coordination, implementing financial controls frameworks, supporting M&A activity, and partnering with senior stakeholders across finance and operations.

This individual combines strong technical capability across IFRS and UK GAAP with a commercial and pragmatic approach to finance leadership. Their background in both Big 4 audit and industry enables them to deliver robust financial oversight while driving process improvements and supporting organisational change in complex environments.
