This individual is a highly organised and professional HR Coordinator with experience across human resources, recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations and HR operations within large corporate environments. They have developed a strong understanding of the employee lifecycle, supporting managers and employees with HR processes, policy guidance, onboarding, payroll coordination and people administration.

They bring hands-on experience supporting recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, managing onboarding and compliance checks, preparing contractual documentation and maintaining accurate employee records. Their background also includes payroll administration, benefits coordination, HR reporting and supporting employee relations cases.

Exposure includes:

  • Human resources administration — Providing day-to-day HR support, maintaining employee records, preparing documentation and ensuring HR processes are delivered accurately and efficiently.
  • Employee relations support — Assisting HR Advisors and managers with disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance management and probation processes.
  • Recruitment & talent acquisition — Coordinating recruitment campaigns, drafting job adverts, arranging interviews, conducting telephone screenings and liaising with agencies, candidates and hiring managers.
  • Onboarding & compliance — Managing end-to-end onboarding processes including contracts, inductions, Right to Work verification, DBS checks and employment compliance requirements.
  • Payroll administration — Collating payroll amendments, liaising with external payroll providers and finance teams and ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Benefits administration — Coordinating employee benefits, managing changes with external providers and supporting annual salary review and bonus processes.
  • HR systems & reporting — Maintaining HR databases, supporting Employee and Manager Self-Service systems and producing HR KPI reports, management information and organisational charts.
  • Stakeholder management — Building effective working relationships with employees, managers, HR Business Partners, external suppliers and recruitment agencies.
  • Training & inductions — Coordinating and delivering induction programmes, supporting learning and development activities and assisting employees with HR systems and processes.
  • Talent & learning support — Supporting apprenticeship and graduate recruitment programmes, shortlisting candidates and assisting with training coordination and talent initiatives.
  • GDPR & confidential records management — Maintaining confidential employee information, managing HR documentation and ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
  • Administrative & business support — Extensive administration experience involving reporting, scheduling, customer service, meeting coordination, record keeping and operational support.

 

Software & Systems: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), SharePoint, Team Share, SAP, My Career Portal, SuccessFactors, HireVue, Taleo, ERS, Webex, HR Information Systems (HRIS), Employee & Manager Self-Service platforms.

Qualifications: CIPD Level 3 in Human Resources, BTEC Health & Social Care (Merit Distinction), A-Level Photography (Grade B), AS-Level English Language, 10 GCSEs including Maths and English.
