They have extensive experience, including managing major UK supermarket and retail accounts, with a strong track record of reducing DSO, improving cash flow and effectively managing aged debt. Their background includes resolving customer queries, deductions, retro invoice claims and account discrepancies, alongside experience with credit insurance, cash allocation and account reconciliation. They are confident working closely with Sales, Customer Services and Finance teams and have developed strong customer relationships throughout their career. Facing redundancy, they are now looking for a new role where they can utilise their extensive Credit Control and Accounts Receivable experience within a stable and supportive organisation.
