A 4-day working week on full salary is rare in practice. This role is built around exactly that, combined with a high level of autonomy and direct access to the Partners.
You will take ownership of your own client portfolio and play a central role in a small but fast-growing firm. This is not a role with layers of sign-off above you. You will be trusted to manage clients, make decisions, and help shape how the firm develops as it continues to grow.
It suits someone who wants responsibility, independence, and a genuine say in how their work is delivered, while still having support from experienced Partners when needed.
