Are you highly organised, detail-focused and someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy business?

Our client is looking for a proactive Office Coordinator to join a growing and collaborative team. This is a genuinely varied role where you will become a key point of contact across the business — keeping things organised, supporting colleagues and ensuring important processes run smoothly.

You will take ownership of key quality and compliance activities, including maintaining the Management Systems, supporting audits, managing Health & Safety documentation and coordinating wider compliance requirements. You will also provide general office, customer and sales administration support, meaning no two days will be quite the same.

This would suit someone who enjoys bringing structure to a busy environment, has excellent attention to detail and likes being the person who keeps everything moving.
