- HR systems & data management — Maintaining HR databases and employee records across multi‑site environments, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and accurate reporting for managers and HR Business Partners
- Onboarding & compliance — Coordinating end‑to‑end onboarding, including right‑to‑work checks, driving licence verification, induction planning, and delivering high‑volume onboarding cycles within fast‑growing organisations
- Recruitment coordination — Managing candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, job board administration, and producing recruitment KPIs. Experience includes sole‑charge recruitment for regional care services and supporting corporate recruitment campaigns
- Employee relations support — Providing ER guidance to managers, preparing documentation, note‑taking during formal meetings, and supporting wellbeing and risk assessment conversations
- Payroll & absence administration — Supporting payroll processes, SSP/SMP/SPP administration, absence tracking, employment checks, and preparing payroll‑related documentation.
- Wellbeing & mental health support — Acting as a Mental Health First Aider, offering confidential support, signposting resources, and leading wellbeing initiatives such as Mental Health Awareness Week
- Project & site‑based HR support — Building strong relationships with operational teams through regular site visits to major construction projects
- Documentation & HR correspondence — Drafting contracts, offer letters, references, variation letters, termination documentation, and producing HR reports for senior stakeholders
Software knowledge: Microsoft Office 365, HR systems & databases, Adobe Fireworks, AutoCAD and Logic Pro X
Qualifications: CIPD Level 3 – Human Resources Support (Distinction), Mental Health First Aider (2020 & 2025) and Diploma in Safeguarding
