An ACCA-qualified Financial Controller with over 10 years’ experience across recruitment, SaaS, technology and international businesses, including private equity-backed environments. He combines hands-on operational finance management with strong technical expertise in group reporting, revenue recognition and financial control.
His current role encompasses UK and US financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll and consultant commissions, alongside team management and support on contractual matters. He has a proven track record of improving reporting models, cash forecasting and financial processes, using advanced Excel to translate complex data into clear management information.

- UK and international management accounts, group consolidation and multi-currency reporting
- Complex SaaS revenue recognition, deferred revenue and subscription metrics
- Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial business partnering
- Treasury, cash flow forecasting, banking facilities and foreign exchange
- Balance sheet control, statutory reporting support and audit management
- Payroll, consultant commissions and oversight of transactional finance

Software knowledge: NetSuite, Xero, SAP, Sage, CODA, Chargebee, Expensify, Tableau and advanced Microsoft Excel.
