HR Administrator – About the Role
Reporting to the HR team, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative support across a wide range of HR activities, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and confidentiality. Main Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to leavers.
- Prepare contracts, offer letters and other HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR system.
- Support recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and liaising with candidates.
- Assist with onboarding, inductions and compliance checks.
- Respond to HR queries from employees and managers, escalating where appropriate.
- Support payroll administration by ensuring employee information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with HR reporting and general administrative projects as required.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous administration experience, ideally gained within an HR environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- A proactive and confidential approach to handling sensitive information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- A genuine interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
