They bring deep expertise in IPO readiness, Series-C fundraising, M&A, and exit processes, including involvement in multiple successful transactions across private equity-backed and listed environments. As a trusted advisor to CEOs and Boards, they provide strategic financial leadership, investment decision support, and commercial insight to enable informed decision-making and long-term value creation.
Their proactive leadership style and strong technical capability have enabled them to build and scale high-performing finance teams, streamline processes, and implement automation that significantly improves efficiency and reporting accuracy. FCCA (Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)
