Vital Funds for Disability Challengers ‘Big Play’ Appeal
We were delighted to be able to present a cheque to Disability Challengers; our corporate charity for just under £1200 recently. We raised this amount by holding a Charity Quiz Night and Auction which was well attended by our clients.
Bessler Hendrie, A Chartered Accountancy firm, won the quiz and prizes donated by local businesses including Swain & Jones, EB Communications and Grayshott Hall, Monica’s Country Kitchen and SIS Mortgages were enthusiastically bid for.
Howett Thorpe and Disability Challengers would like to thank everyone who participated including: ACAL, HW Chartered Accountants, UCCA and Smith & Williamson, Mitie Engineering, Atkins.
The charity will use the money raised to fund toys and equipment for the Play Centre being built in Farnham.
