About You
It is anticipated the successful individual will currently hold a Director or Partner position within a sizeable practice within the South East.
You will seeking either to fast track your career to Equity Partner or are seeking a change of culture for yourself and your clients.
Although my client is ideally seeking someone with a client portfolio or fee following, they will also consider individuals able to offer technical excellence, strong business development and staff management skills.
About The Role
This role is a regional Partner position and will require travel across the South East and London.
You will be involved in the strategic development of the firm, with input into all aspects of their growth plans.
With responsibility for a sizable regional team of Corporate Tax Advisors and Managers, you will tasked with developing both the people and performance of this business unit.
As this is a hands on’ role you will also be involved in large, complex client work and therefore will have current advisory skills gained across a broad client base.
We anticipate your strong technical skills will be supported with ACA and CTA qualifications and a high profile within your current market place.
