About You

You will have proven experience at a management level in Public Practice, but could either be currently in Public Practice or a Commercial role.

You will be seeking an opportunity in which to utilise both your strong technical skills and strong communication skills.

Ideally, you will have a broad range of technical abilities, however should you wish to specialise in a particular service line or client type and have the experience to support this aspiration we are also very keen to hear from you.

About The Role

Ensuring a superior service and technical excellence is delivered to clients is the ethos that our clients success is built on.

You will manage both a client portfolio and a team of staff.

From client meetings to ensuring work is brought in on budget and billed in a timely manner, your role will be focussed on customer service and developing relationships.

Managing a team that will grow with you; you will have involvement in recruitment, training mentoring and development plans.

You will allocate and review work, challenge and reward your team.
