It is anticipated that the successful candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified. You will also be expected to be able to demonstrate previous audit experience, preferably gained in a practice environment. You will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, good technical skills and the ability to lead teams and motivate staff. You must have a strong telephone manner in order to liaise effectively with clients, and an engaging mind to solve problems effectively. Experience of accounting software packages and good IT skills are also essential to fulfilling this role. You must be articulate, confident and be willing to play your part in this dynamic team-orientated role.
As the Senior Business Advisor you will be expected to work and build upon an already well-established client portfolio, and will take responsibility for other staff involved in working with it.
Principal duties will include:
* Leading audits
* Assisting clients in preparing their statutory accounts
