About You
Immediately available and keen to secure a role within a recognized organisation you will need to have:
- Good verbal communication skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Good numeracy skills
- Good MS Office skill set with emphasis on Excel
You must also be enthusiastic, organised, highly motivated and capable of dealing with an environment based on tight weekly/monthly deadlines.
About The Role
- Ensure that the expected applications are sent weekly from the stores, to enable prompt redemption from Clydesdale
- To retain information that enables regular weekly updates of status by store, for Operational review of adherence of procedure
- To ensure controls are maintained to enable appropriate issues to be escalated to Loss Prevention, with evidence as required
- Monthly Reconciliation of Cash redeemed from Clydesdale to Sales posted to the General Ledger
