Ideally you will have worked within either finance or high street recruitment, but applicants looking to diversify from a finance background will also be considered. You will possess the usual attributes associated to succeed within our industry; good communications skills, the ability influence decisions, tenacity, positive outlook and the commercial awareness to indentify business opportunities. However the most important trait we look for at Howett Thorpe is team fit. You will be responsible for all aspects of the permanent financial recruitment process from business development, lead generation and interviewing to rate negotiation, offer management and business tendering. You will work an established geographically area and recruit finance professionals up to the salary of £30,000 p.a. This desk is the quick turnaround, fast paced end of our business servicing a range of clients from local SMEs to global blue chip businesses. The earning potential at Howett Thorpe is uncapped - if you are good you will be rewarded accordingly!
