About You

Immediately available. This role will involve working for 36 hours in week one with Friday off and 44 hours in week 2.

Previous experience in office environment essential and processing and analysing volumes of data is preferable.  Experience of using Microsoft Excel in a previous role is desirable.

About The Role

Receiving invoices against complex purchase orders.  Matching payment requirements of Purchase Order to Invoice.  Liaising with multiple departments to gain information required.  Preparing excel spreadsheets to analyse the progress of invoicing to the Purchase Order. Entering invoices into system using SAP.  Tracking information in SAP.  Receiving approved invoices for payment, ensuring all criteria have been met/explained.  Preparing paperwork to arrange payment.

Expenses processing and ensuring compliance with many different assignment policies. Sensitive communication of errors to staff and managers in person, by telephone and through email.

Photocopying and filing duties relating to invoices and expenses.
