• Ability to work alone but also as part of a team

About The Role

An opportunity has arisen to join the payroll team. The main role will be to provide an outsourcing payroll service for their clients.

Other Key Duties and Responsibilities

• To plan the timetable for payrolls to be completed by the company on behalf of clients
• To prepare quotes for potential clients
• To up PAYE schemes for new clients
• To liaise with clients for information required for the payroll to be completed
• To transfer the data onto the relevant software package in order to run the payroll
• To prepare the reports, payslips and letter for each client
• To liaise with the relevant managers and partners regarding any problems with the payroll for their respective clients
