About You
You will be a payroll professional with proven experience of working within a multi-client or multi-company environment. You will have a strong understanding of UK compliance and year end procedures. You will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work towards tight deadlines.
About The Role
As Payroll Manager you will be responsible for controlling the payrolls for around 100 clients. You will:
- Manage a team of 5 people,
- Plan, schedule and allocate jobs
- Train new staff on payroll processes
- Meet all reporting and payment deadlines
- Liaison with overseas payroll partners to meet client needs
- Check and authorize payroll and PAYE payments
- Monthly billing of payroll fees
- Set up and implement new clients
