About Our Client
This client of Howett Thorpe is a fast growing consultancy firm situated in Farnham who are currently recruiting for a finance/payroll assistant on a permanent basis.
The Role
* Preparing Sales invoices based on information provided by the client
* Reconcile bank receipts to sales invoices raised
* Process payroll/contractor payments
* Preparing payments in readiness to BACs or CHAPs on the payment date.
* Sending payslips and text messages when the payments have been made
* Liaising with clients, contractors and employees and dealing with queries.
* General administration and Ad hoc tasks as required
About You
* Must have some good experience within accounts and finance
* Excellent communication skills and a good team player.
* Must be numeric, organized, reliable, confident, trustworthy and have good attention to detail.
* They are based in a rural location so your own transport is essential
