Payroll Administrator

About you

Available at short notice and able to commit to a period of approximately 12 months. You will have a proven track record in payroll and have had responsibility for running a large weekly payroll previously; you will also need to have up to date SSP, SMP and knowledge about other statutory requirements for payroll. You will have excellent communication skills and also be able to work well under pressure.

About The Role

A hands on role in which you will deal with a weekly payroll for approximately 550 – 700 members of staff. You will accurately calculate and process monies due to employees from timesheets; complete information for Government Agencies e.g. HMRC, Job Centre as required; resolve employee payroll queries ensuring that high standards of customer service are delivered; process and ensure timely payment of expenses.
