About You

The successful candidate is anticipated to be a qualified individual (either ACA or ACCA) with significant post qualification experience, proven staff and client management skills and a genuine desire to develop their career within public practice.

You may be currently working for a Top Tier firm and feeling frustrated with your lack of genuine career prospects or a large Independent firm unable to offer you progression to Partnership.

Individuals with current commercial experience, but a solid background in Public Practice will also be considered.

About The Role

Due to the very recent addition of their 5th Partner to the team and the continued growth of the firm, they wish to recruit an experienced Audit and Business Services Manager to support the Partners

You will enjoy a diverse role encompassing the management of the Audit & Accounts team, management of a client portfolio together with Consultancy work to support the Partners.

In addition to developing and mentoring your technical team you will maintain and develop a client portfolio that can be tailored to suit any sector specialisms you can offer.

Other duties will include assisting the Partners with the development and growth of the Practice
