About You

It is anticipated that successful candidates will be ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualified. As Finance Manager you will be expected to demonstrate a proven track record within a similar role, ideally with US GAPP experience. You will have advanced Excel skills and a sound commercial awareness. Overseas operational support experience and previous consolidation experience would be advantageous.

About The Role

This is an outstanding opportunity to add value and develop your career within a dynamic environment. Given the size of the business you will be required to work to a certain extent in a hands on capacity but this role will also provide a great deal of exposure to the business.

With responsibility for a small team you will:

• Provide P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flow statements on a monthly basis
• Provide regular cash projections
• Manage foreign currency transactions
• Produce management accounts in accordance with business owners requirements providing detailed variance analysis against budget
• Liaise with and consolidate in a timely manner all data from overseas branches/subsidiaries
• Work with business owners to ensure that all invoicing is in accordance with customer contracts
• Prepare monthly accruals and prepayments
• Produce bank accounts reconciliations on a weekly basis
• Validate all expenditure and ensure all necessary authorisation procedures are adhered to
