Ideally with experience of working for small to medium sized companies you will be mature in outlook, with energy and enthusiasm to help move the company forward in line with anticipated growth. You will be part or fully qualified dependent on experience, with a stable career history and the desire to progress overtime within the organisation.
This is an ideal job for an ambitious person with strong analytical skills and business acumen. You will also be keen to develop your accounting skills as a pre-cursor to a full Financial Director role.
Key responsibilities:
* To develop the Management Controls (in conjunction with the Compliance Manager) company wide with the Directors and ensure that the agreed processes and procedures are monitored and reported on.
* To develop a full MI system with the Operations Director and use the input to develop better Financial Management which results in tuning our marketing at Board level.
* To train as an understudy to the FD in the preparation of initially just the Management Accounts.
