About You

With a strong academic record, you will be ACA / ACCA qualified and have experience at Manager level within a Corporate Finance department, ideally within professional services. You will be a confident person and have experience and understanding of entrepreneurial businesses and the issues facing owner-managers. You will have good communication skills, both oral and written, strong presentation and report writing skills. Overall you will demonstrate good organisational and project management skills and ability to manage variety of tasks with strong commerciality

About The Role

In order to really perform in this role you will be proficient in targeting/networking and assisting to identify targets as well as preparing and attending presentations. You will undertake client acceptance procedures, draft engagement letters, prepare budgets for each assignment and assist clients with business plans and information memoranda. Equally you will liaise with funders, targets and intermediaries, negotiate on behalf of clients and provide input to Heads of Terms/Term Sheets and Sales and Purchase documents.
