Candidates will be newly / recently qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA with strong technical accounting skills including IFRS ( such as share options, acquisitions, large contracts and development costs ), have detailed experience of financial reporting for listed companies, possess good Excel skills, with experience of consolidations and SAP being advantageous.
Reporting into the Group Reporting Manager, this role is geared towards providing support for the Group, meeting it's listing and statutory requirements, prepare and file subsidiary accounts on time, maintain corporate accounting policy manual, support production and reporting of monthly group accounts, compilation of Group budget and quarterly forecasts and general accounting duties for corporate companies. In addition, you will also have exposure to project work including contributing to the further development of existing finance systems and processes, and support treasury, investor relations, strategy and tax and regularly liaise with divisional finance staff on a regular basis.
