About You
You will be a high motivated, proactive Finalist/newly qualified accountant with sound commercial awareness. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to influence decisions at a senior management level. Ideally you will have exposure of working within an international business environment.
About The Role
As Finance Manager you will support the Business Controllers by managing the financial accounting services and oversee the General Ledger Team (5 staff). You will assist the line managers to structure new working practices to streamline the department’s efficiency. Other duties include;
- Ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are regularly maintained.
- Complete internal control work
- Prepare annual statutory reporting requirements
- To provide support and guidance in respect of UK Vat legislation
- To prepare Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) monthly returns of UK Fiscal department.
