About You

Qualified Accountant (or PQ with strong Financial Accounting experience);

• Understanding month end close, financial reporting and forecasting processes;
• Good/developing technical skills;
• Able to demonstrate awareness of financial and commercial issues;
• Knowledge of and exposure to SOX;
• Highly computer literate.

About The Role

Work with the Finance Manager on the following:

• • Preparation of statutory accounts;
  • Ensuring integrity and accuracy of trial balance and financial records;
  • Completion and review of all balance sheet reconciliations;
  • Preparation of the legal entity forecast on a timely basis, appropriately documented and supported;
  • Ongoing Audit requirements;
• Support the controller with the maintenance of master data:
  • Fixed assets requests;
  • Cost Centre requests;
• SOX compliance – ownership of relevant GL and Accounting key controls;
• Deliver financial & statutory accounting and reporting for the CLO and SEL legal entities;
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all ‘Office of National Statistics’ returns;
• Prepare key management information, financial presentations and ad-hoc analysis as required.
