About You

As Auditor you will be a qualified ACCA or ACA or an ACCA or ACA finalist awaiting your results. You will be expected to be able to demonstrate a high level of verbal and written communication, and have some exposure to staff supervision. A desire to develop your career and a passion for Client Service are also prerequisites for fulfilling this challenging role.

About The Role

As the Auditor you will be expected to manage your own portfolio of clients, and will ensure that they are provided with the highest level of service through liaison with internal departments, your team members and the companies Directors. You will ensure that whether your clients require accounting and taxation services, or support for their own growth and acquisitions, their requirements are met in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with your clients, on occasion undertaking the position of Financial Controller for their businesses.

Duties include: 

  • Attending pre audit meetings
  • Liaising with relevant managers and clients to plan assignments
  • Leading and coaching one or more juniors
  • Designing audit tests where appropriate
  • Carrying out relevant work to meet audit objectives
  • Managing and controlling job budgets
  • Finalising files for Managers and Partners to review
  • Clearing review points and preparing letters and bills for clients
  • Attending final audit meetings
