About You
It is anticipated that the successful candidate will be ACCA or ACA qualified. You will be expected to be able to demonstrate some business advisory experience as well as audit experience. A good commercial awareness is key to this role; therefore post qualification experience gained within Commerce would be advantageous. You will be highly organised in order to prioritise your workload on a day-to-day basis, and will also require self-motivation and enthusiasm to carry out important individual responsibilities. Strong communication skills are also essential since you will be expected to build relationships, and strong lines of communications with clients and staff. Attention to detail, honesty and excellent time management skills are key in fulfilling this challenging yet extremely rewarding role.
About The Role
As the Audit Senior you will be expected to take responsibility for providing on-site management for each assignment, and will ensure that it is undertaken in an efficient and effective manner. The role will also involve ensuring that clients receive a quality service in all aspects.
Other duties will include:
- Provide adequate briefing, supervision, and training for junior staff.
- Acting as day to day point of contact for the client, and to
- Practicing the principles of excellent client service at all times.
- Reviewing work completed by junior staff for adequacy and completeness
- Undertaking job appraisal interviews.
Due to the varied nature of this role, you may be required to undertake other tasks and duties, as and when required.
