The role would suit someone who has historically had an expatriate tax background probably from the big 4 but who is keen and able to develop to be able to deal with all aspects of ECG work ranging from PAYE/NIC advice to share incentives. An element of the work will be to spot opportunities and develop the ECG work as part of the regional team.
Qualifications and Experience
The role will consist of a wide range of responsibilities, working across all aspects of employer consulting work including dealing with expatriate employees on assignment, share incentives for employees, PAYE/NIC investigations and PAYE & NIC advice on expenses and benefits including company cars and private fuel.
It is appreciated that candidates may not currently have all the relevant experience but should have the ability to develop the knowledge and experience in due course. Duties may include:

The employer consulting team focuses on all aspect of employer/employee tax issues. All their work comprises advisory one-off project work for clients and targets of the firm. The team has grown considerably in recent years and is looking to recruit a new assistant manager or manager.
