About You
Given the nature of the role you will need to be immediately available and have experience in liaising with customers over the phone. Your communications skills therefore need to be exceptional and you will already have dealt with credit control in your previous roles.
About The Role
With a proven track record in credit control you will already be used to dealing with over-due accounts and speaking to external customers with a view to securing payments. This role will include dealing with a back-log of outstanding debt and controlling future debt collection. Ensuing that you have reconciled figures of the accounts and working within a team.
