About You
You will have strong credit control experience with the ability to work as part of a team with good communication skills.
About The Role
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager you will be responsible for;
- Allocation of customer remittances
- Liaising with sales and customer services to resolve customer queries
- Chase overdue debts via telephone, e-mail and letter
- Customer visits to build goodwill and resolve outstanding issues
- Taking legal action as required to recover overdue debts (rarely)
- Assist Credit Control Manager with monthly preparation of Aged Debtor Report
- Monthly attendance of Aged Debts meeting, attended by the financial controller
- Credit Control Team and Customer Services Manager
