About You
This is an exciting role for an experienced Corporate Tax Accountant to join a thriving firm and develop your career.
It is anticipated the successful candidate with be ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) and be able to offer a proactive approach.
Based within a busy team you will be able to manage your own time effectively and be eager to secure a role in which you are supported but encouraged allowed to develop your knowledge and role.
About The Role
* You will enjoy responsibility for a portfolio of corporate clients and controlling the management and completion of work arising from those clients.
* Your role will entail; undertaking work primarily in respect of corporate clients but with some interaction with other taxes (income tax, CGT, VAT etc).
* You will be responsible for reviewing accounts and corporation tax computations prepared by the Audit team for tax compliance and advisory requirements.
* In additional you will be involved in company valuations, company reorganisations, acquisitions and sales, dealing with HM Revenue and Customs enquiries, establishment of share option schemes and preparation of specific tax advice and reports.
