About You

It is anticipated that the successful candidate will either have either corporate finance experience, or be a qualified ACA or ACCA You will have dealt with a wide range of industries during your time in the profession and be seeking a challenging and rewarding career move, You must have good communication skills since you will be expected to liaise with a variety of employees at various levels across the business. The successful candidate will ideally have corporate finance experience with a high level of commercial and technical ability. You must also be able to manage staff and to work both on your own initiative and as part of the team.

About The Role

As the Transactional support Manager you will report into the Partner and will be expected to take responsibility for a variety of CF duties and tasks including:

* Due diligence reporting for banks, venture capitalists and corporates

* Report writing

* Managing other Junior staff within the function.

The role will also involve working to tight deadlines.
