About You
You will be an experienced Corporate Finance Executive or Manager seeking your next challenge and will be able to demonstrate experience within this discipline.
You will be ACA, ACCA (or equivalent) and either hold the ACA Corporate Finance qualification or seeking to study it.
Personality is essential to success in this role and the ability to be proactive, confident and positive whilst undertaking a variety of client work is a prerequisite.
About The Role
Truly diverse role entailing a broad range of Corporate Finance work including transactions, client work relating to acquisitions, disposals and other M&A transactions.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Prepare and support presentations -pitching for business as well as presentations to management, private equity investors and potential acquirers.
* Carry out research into potential purchasers and potential funders; use databases and other sources to obtain market data and to obtain details of comparable transactions and companies
* Draw up and monitor control schedules and timetables for the transaction
* Prepare key initial drafts for the transaction and maintain ownership of successive drafts
* Create and review financial models
