About You

It is anticipated that the successful candidate will either have either corporate finance experience, or be a qualified ACA or ACCA accountant with excellent technical and communication skills. However our client will also consider applications from candidates with no corporate finance experience. You will have dealt with a wide range of industries during your time in the profession and be seeking a challenging and rewarding career move where your skills to date can be nurtured and progressed. You must have good communication skills since you will be expected to liaise with a variety of employees at various levels across the business. 

About The Role

As the Corporate Finance Executive you will report into the Senior Manager and will be expected to take responsibility for a variety of CF duties and tasks including:

* Producing financial projections

* Producing business plans for MBO's

* Acquisitions and disposals

* Exposure to all aspects of these transactions.

The role will also involve basic financial modelling and working to tight deadlines.
