You will be a Graduate and Qualified Chartered Accountant, preferably with first time passes.
You are likely to have qualified within leading (top 7) accountancy firm.
You will have an audit, corporate recovery or tax background.
Ideally, some transaction services or corporate finance experience is desirable.
As part of the Corporate Finance team you will be involved in a range of activities.
The role will be broad and varied but will include report writing, financial modelling such as cash flow / financing models as well as transaction research involving the identification of potential acquisition targets or buyers.
You will also work on valuation analysis, researching, preparing and supporting presentations / sales pitches for new business and liaise with clients during execution of transactions.
It will also be important that you build relationships with local intermediary markets.
