Corporate Finance Executive

About You

It is anticipated the successful candidate will be ACCA, or ACA qualified. As Corporate Finance Executive you will be a self motivated, high calibre individual seeking an opportunity to commence your Corporate Finance career. It is anticipated you will have gained some exposure to corporate finance or be able to demonstrate success in your career to date, gained within an audit or accountancy background. The ability to build client relationships, strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

About The Role

As the Corporate Finance Executive you will report directly to Manager level level, and are expected to enjoy a high level of client exposure. The role demands strong communication skills, since it will involve liaising with a variety of clients and colleagues across the business.
The role also involves:

• Management buyouts
• Disposals to trade buyouts or financial buyouts
• Acquisitions
• Raising finance for acquisitions or expansion
• Valuations
• Lead client meetings, management presentations and client proposals
