About You

It is anticipated that the successful candidate will be AAT qualified, ACA or ACCA part qualified, however our client will also consider applications from candidates that are qualified by experience You will be expected to be able to demonstrate previous experience within a firm as well as proven experience of SME clients. The role will involve managing a small team, so you must possess previous management experience. You will be ambitious, organised and have strong communication skills; since this role will involve liaising with a variety of clients and staff across the business.

About The Role

As the Business Services Supervisor/Enterprise Supervisor you will be expected to profitably manage a portfolio of clients in order to ensure that clients receive a quality service in all respects, and to make a positive contribution towards the overall future development and success of the firm. The role also involves planning the assignment in accordance with the firm's standard procedures, and confirming arrangements with the client, including likely costs and billing arrangements. As the Supervisor you will be expected to brief staff on the client's business, and the pre-assignment instructions, to supervise and control the completion of work, and to undertake 'on the job' training and appraisals where necessary.

You will also be expected to:

* Ensure that the job is completed within budget, and to discuss all material points arising with the assignment partner and client immediately, particularly in relation to any anticipated overruns.

* To liaise with the client throughout the year and to practise the principles of excellent client service at all times.

* To perform the firm's review and completion procedures

* To attend the final meeting with the client,

* To ensure that the client subsequently receives the final accounts and commercial management letter on a timely basis.
