About You

It is expected that the individual will have 3+ years (exec/manager depending) professional service experience. They should have a credible track record of demonstrating value through business development activity and the development and implementation of related marketing plans. A strong understanding of the key corporate sectors within the UK professional services market would be ideal

About The Role

To lead and manage the growth plans for the Surrey & Hampshire offices to achieve a minimum sustainable 10% growth in a 3 year cycle.

 

Whilst primarily a business development role, the role will also include liaising with local and national marketing functions.

 

 

Re-active Business Development (invites to tender, intermediary referrals)

 

 

Review local press and spot opportunities arising from articles / press releases, qualify these, and devise action plans to pursue any opportunities arising.

 

Establish a regional key account process for top referrers.
