Five Star environment experience advantageous, particularly from a live operation
Analytical skills with the ability to make recommendations to improve business
Previous experience within business analyst (KPMG, Andersons, HVS, Hotel Industry)
Excellent IT skills across all Microsoft applications
Impeccable personal presentation
Strong presentation skills
Flexibility to travel and be away from home for extended periods of time
About The Role
Working closely with the Director of Spa Operations to produce detailed Spa feasibility studies and Spa P&L's to assist clients in their initial
appraisal of a potential Spa investment and present information to clients.
Managing the ESPA Spa Portfolio data, Key Performance Indicators and Spa Financial information to assist in guiding and driving the overall Spa Businesses and produce data reports analysing the information
Oversee, manage and configure the Spa IT Systems and flow of information in the Spas and to ESPA HO, producing reports and research to influence the Spa business and potential Spa Design
Work closely with the ESPA pre-opening team to ensure correct configuration of the Spa IT systems to meet client needs
Manage the revenue yield in ESPA Spas utilising remote access at ESPA HO and developing group schemes to drive this key area of the Spa business
Manage the production of 10 Year Financial Appraisals (ESPA Phase 1)
Review all Spa financial information and KPI's on a monthly basis, reporting back on any significant data
Work closely with the ESPA training team to develop courses in finance and systems to enhance the commercial knowledge of the Spa Division and in ESPA Spas
Contribute to ESPA's Internal and External Development courses
