About You

* Able to offer a credible image with confident communication skills – both verbal and written.
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with UK based audit related.
* Able to plan and prioritise your own and your team’s workload.
* Enjoys the challenge of  meeting deadlines and cost budgets
* Familiar with computerised Audit software
* Able to develop strong internal and external relationships.
* Able to identify opportunities for ‘added value work’
* Happy to travel to clients' premises and other offices as required.

About The Role

* Carrying out audit work on a range of clients in the Thames Valley region.
* Liaising, and developing relationships, with clients.
* Assisting managers and partners involved with service delivery to clients.
* Supervise and review the work of other staff and provide training and support to more junior members
* Set and review budgets, control WIP, monitor work against agreed targets and to assist with billing clients
* Contribute effectively to Personal Development Meetings for self and others
* Continuously develop own knowledge and skills
* Attend client meetings to build and develop good working relationships.
* Represent the Firm at seminars, exhibitions and other events.
