About You
It is anticipated that the successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the ability to:
* Influence, change and shape the direction of a particular activity, either internally and/or externally
* Coach less experienced staff, sharing experience and knowledge appropriately.
* Provide on-the-job training for developing audit skills
* Ensure effective team work
You will be ACA (or equivalent) qualified individual ideally with 1st time passes and a strong academic background.
You will also have significant experience of UK GAAP and IFRS reporting standards.
About The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring engagements are conducted in an efficient and productive manner with appropriate consideration of audit risk and accounting issues.
You will lead and manage fieldwork on client’s sites including liaising with other departments
You will work closely with Manager and Partners to ensure areas requiring improvement in the client’s business processes are identified and possible recommendations are provided to the client.
