About You

It is anticipated that the successful candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified with a proven track record of excellent client service to clients in the OMB/SME market. You will also be expected to be able to demonstrate previous experience of assurance in a practice or firm. You will be an experienced Audit Senior looking for the next step up; or a proven Audit Manager who is looking to develop their experience in a Top ten firm. You must be organized, ambitious and possess the confidence needed to successfully develop an established client portfolio.

 

About The Role

As the Senior Audit Manager you will be expected to demonstrate the ability to build client relationships, whilst managing a varied portfolio of SME clients. You must be highly motivated since you will be expected to drive and manage a well-established client portfolio. You must possess strong communication and client handling skills since the role will involve liaising with a variety of clients and staff across the business. The role will involve building on your designated client portfolio and therefore you will need strong business development skills in order to benefit the business. Good communication and organization skills are also required since the role will require you to manage a small team successfully, and take responsibility for Junior and other staff who work on the client portfolio.

 

Other duties may include:

  • Preparing statutory accounts
  • Group reporting/consolidated accounts
  • Working on group reporting assignments involving US GAAP and International GAAP
  • Due diligence
  • Corporation tax
