About The Role
Our client is looking for a qualified Manager to join their Guildford office. Your role will be to manage, plan and lead your assigned portfolio of audit clients working directly with the client and reporting to the Partners. You will have good audit knowledge with an all-round experience of practise.
* Managing key client relationships ensuring queries are dealt with and deadlines met.
* Planning and managing the audit process including resources, carrying out briefings and review meetings.
* Business development including cross selling of services and attending networking events.
* Managing and motivating a team of staff, delegating where appropriate.
* Attending relevant internal meetings and professional development activities.
* Providing feedback on the work on less experienced staff and contributing to the appraisal process.
* Coaching and developing less experienced staff.
* Supervising less experienced staff whilst on assignment.
* Carry out ad hoc assignments as requested.
