About You
You will have previous accounts experience, especially multi-currency experience and good knowledge of excel. You will enjoy working in a successful finance team and work well in a team.
About The Role
Supporting the management accountant you will be responsible for the Maintenance of up to date bank reconciliations for all bank accounts (including multi-currency accounts) - reporting any usual outstanding transactions
Other duties will include;
- Processing of invoices and payment to overseas suppliers
- Raising of Letter of Credits
- Maintenance of accurate and up to date Supplier Accounts
- Assisting in production of monthly / annual accounts
- Maintenance of Fixed Assets and Leased Assets records
- Monthly accruals and prepayment, month end GL account analyses
- Preparation of VAT returns
